Psalm 124
This is a very interesting Psalm, it is almost quite prophetic. Here we have a picture of the the struggle between those who believe and those who refuse to put their trust in the Lord.
Down through the ages to this modern day, before the Psalms were written down, history is replete with incidents where the enemies of God, either through physical persecution like the inquisitions and the efforts of the communists trying to distract the faithful by questioning the word of God, like many liberal theologians, or denying God and his existence and their profound false ideologies but those who remain true to God and his word do so because the Last God Almighty is on their side and with them in every circumstance. We are taught God and one other is a majority.
